Pure White Artificial Marble

The Artificial Marble , also known as Crystallized Stone or Micro-crystal glass, is a revolutionary crystallized material.

It is a complex solid material which contains an abundance of mini-crystal and vitreous body by controlling crystallization while heating the basic glass and various other components. This is followed by the process of sintering and annealing under a temperature of 1500 degrees celcius for a full 24 hours.

This results in a material that is extremely tough and resistant to weathering. Being a glass-based material, the crystallized Stone is non- porous, and non-reactive to acid and alkali solutions. As it is formed under such high temperature, the crystallized Stone is also stable under high ambient temperature fluctuation. All of which makes the crystallized Stone ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Also, its obvious advantage is pure color and without air holes inside or at surface. It is nanometer structured and is real SOLID. Moreover, it can be repolished after installed. Which completely solves the problems appear in normal crystallized glass. So it is suitable for interior & external wall cladding, flooring, kinds of tops, column or pillar. It can be made into sculptures also.

The characteristics of Elega Crystallized Glass as following:

· Pure super white with noble, soft color and luster, nearly no color shade, glossiness is higher than 85, better than polished porcelain tiles and natural stone .

· Protecting from dirty. Anti-bacterium, there is no pore both on the surface and in the body, bacterium and mildew can not survive. Zero water absorption, easy to clean up. So it is called by the name of “the cleanest new style surface decoration material”

1. In our crystallized glass panel, there is a special material called zinc oxide.

Zinc oxide in crystallized glass panel acts as the steel structure in a building. It can improve the microstructure of crystal glass, and make it extremely solid. So, when installed by dry hanging, it won’t have any crack while others will be easily broken.We are the only one in China who adds zinc oxide.

3.Carborundum Mold

We are the only factory in China who applies carborundum as mold, which can keep the slab edge flat and smooth. While other manufactures usually use cobblestone panel, and the edge is apt to rough. This advantage can save materials for you in the maximum extent.

For the normal crystallized glass panel, it is no holes, it can be made by once forming.But ours crystallized glass panel, it is with holes, it needs to be formed by several times.When there is heat or impact, the with holes can well avoid damage.
