1.Magnesium oxide :MgO content 75%-85% ,among activity MgO content 65%-75% .content of carbon <5%,120 screen mesh>95%.initial setting time 40min,final setting time 7h.

2.Solid magnesium chlorine:Mgcl2 content >45%,Nacl content<1.5%.Kcl <1%,Cacl2<1%.

3.Fly ash: SiO2 40-60% ,Al2O3 15-30%,Fe2O3 2-15% ignition loss< 10 as superfine stuffing to enhance compactibility and impervious capability of light cement.

4.Magnesium oxychloride cement: MgO>18%,(Te2O3+MnO2)≤0.5%,R2O3≤4%

3.Specification for materials of steel villa:

A. interior and exterior wall and roof system be used light cement prefabricated plates

B. hot dipped galvanized profiling steel carrier plate or steel retaining plate(as sandwich panel put in the middle of light cement can improve the strength of steel villa wall to make wall more stronger )

C. main steel structure apply to Q235B or Q345B steel materials

D. for the flooring purpose we adopt hot dipped galvanized profiling steel carrier plate or steel retaining plate for ground floor and surface should put fiber cement prefabricated plates on it.

E. glass curtain wall(decoration of the wall)

F. for the doors and windows we adopt steel plastic materials for the frame,in addition use toughened glass for rests.

G. guardrail of balcony can be used 304 stainless steel pipe.

4. the price of steel villa:

A.if you only need one unit of steel villa,the price is 180usd/m2,for example: length:10 width:7 so 10*7=70 .70m2*180usd=12600 usd the total price for unit of steel villa .

B.generally,the height of steel villa :first floor 3.6 m,second floor 3.8 m
