Description:

WPC --also called wood plastic composite, is a kind of new material instead of wood. It’s mainly made by polyethylene (PE) or polyvinyl chloride (PVC), wood powder or straw and other waste plant fiber mixed together, and then producing many kinds of shape after extrusion, molding, and other processing technology.

Installation method:

1:To joint the keel on the ground by plastic expansion pipe with screws;

2: To fix the first deck on the keel by screws and keep it straightly (the screws on the first deck can be removed after finishing all installation); Install hidden clip and screw at each joist (keep clips at semi-tight status)

3: Put another one deck on the keel and fix the hidden clip with screws tightly on the keels;

4: Install all decking as above steps accordingly; And then place edge banding at each side and fix it by screws;

Installation Notes:

A: To keep ground smooth and clean;

B: To keep proper gap between edge to edge (better gap: 5-8mm);

C: WPC decking should be fixed on the keel, and it can not be fixed on the ground directly;

D:Gap between keel and keel :No more than 35cm;
