Description: It’s a translucent figured glass with wire inside for safety purpose which allows transmission of daylight, while obscuring visibility of object. Wired Patterned Glass is manufactured by the Roll-Out –process, whereby a roller imprints the pattern onto the glass surface.

Patterns: Bamboo, Chinchilla, Diamond, Flora Galaxy, Kasumi, May Flower, Masterlinge, Matrix, Millennium, Nashiji, Mink, Oceanic, Puzzle(Karatachi), Raindown etc

Packing and Delivery:

Packing:Sea worthy strong wooden crates with plastic film outside and paper (or Talc) interleaved between glass sheets.

Delivery:Within 15 days after deposit receiving.

Safety Handbook

• According to the crates dimension, the distance and height between the arms of the fork lift should be adjusted when clients load and transport the glass.
• Once ready to use the crane to unload the glass, make sure the steel wired rope is long enough to operate on both sides of the crates and check if it is worked properly and firmly.
• The crates should be position on a 75 angle before the wooden crates opened to avoid any glass sheet may falling out
• When clients stockpile the glass, they should make sure the crates vertical. Storage of incline is forbidden.
• All goods need to be kept in ventilated and drying warehouse. Waterproof and damp proof measures should be taken if the glass stroked outside.
