Vacuum Insulation Panel(VIP) is a new high-efficient thermal insulation material which is developed in the latest few years. It's made by inserting the core material into an impermeable barrier; the core material provides the structural strength and resistance to heat transfer; so the VIP has extremely low thermal conductivity less than 0.0035W/m.K.
VIP IS 7-10 times better in thermal conductivity than conventional insulation material. VIP is completely environmental-friendly material which does contains ODS, Due to its good insulation performance, VIP is considered as one of the most efficient insulation material in the world.

Structure:Barrier,Getter/Desiccant,Core Material.

Used in refrigeration industry: energy saving can reach up to 10%-30%, it also will increase the capacity of the refrigerator by 20%-30%. Although the price of VIP is comparably high now, saving of electricity fee is equivalent to the increasing cost of VIP. By using the VIP as insulating material, it can reduce the weight of refrigerator.
