Philippine Fiberglass produce composite panel, utilizing our in-house Polyurethane foam machine. The foam can be produced in densities ranging from 30 kgs m3 up to 100 kgs m3. We use a unique laminating process which eliminates delaminating. The panel sizes available are up to 12 meters long x 3 meters wide. Thicknesses range from 10mm up to 130mm. Standard gel coat colour is white, however other colours are available upon request. Non gel coated surfaces are also available. Typical uses include insulated truck bodies, cold or freezer rooms, wall panels and ceiling panels.
