40~120, good mechanical processing property.

2. Use: MC nylon is widely be used as wear resistance parts in mechanical equipment, it

eplaces cupreous and alloyed wear-resistance parts, for e.g. Axis Guide, Bearing pad,

Bush, Scale board, Gearing, Worm wheel roller cupreous guidance, Piston ring,

Gasket sealing, Slider, Roller, Impeller, Flanges, Nut, Disc, Pipelines, Stuffing box,

Rack, Strapping wheel, Pump rotor and so on. As the techniques and molding are

simple, the cost is cheaper, it becomes the ideal replacement of cooper, stainless

steel, duralumin, PTFE and so on.
