500mm OA Steel Panels
With its special design of plastic outlet boxes, 500mm OA steel panels can be cement in-filled or just hollow steel panels, size at 500*500*28mm. Because of its small size (500*500mm), the panels are light and easy for handling and installation. Now 500mm OA steel panels are mainly used for office buildings and welcomed by Japanese and Korean market.
600mm/610mm OA Steel Panels
Cementitious infilled steel panels, which are also called “ Concrete Core Steel Panel”, are consisted of a flat hard steel top sheet spot-welded to a formed steel bottom pan then filled with full light weight and foaming cement. We use Bao’s cold rolling steel plate to ensure the loading performance.
Our 600mm/610mm OA steel panels have design of corner lock holes to fix with pedestals’ head by screws. All pedestals can be adhered to the subfloor with our own proprietary epoxy adhesive or mechanically fixed to the subfloor. This kind of installation constructs a flexible, stable and safe access floor system.
