Overview of construction hoist

This kind of construction elecator can be used to left man and goods. We use 16Mn as the original material, so good material make good quality, both at home and abroad is very rare. Our construction elecator mainly be devided into 3 categories base on the lift speed: high speed-96m/min, middle speed-63m/min and standard speed-36m/min. The max. lift hight is 450m, the hight and speed can be adjusted acording to customer's need. The most important is the machine equipment with overload and fall proction device, so order to make sure user's security.

Security of construction

In terms of security, construction hoist has a very good guarantee. First, for electrical safety guarantee, construction elevator install sliding door position switches, open door position switches, top door position switch, upper limit and lower limit switch and so on five position switchs, as long as there is any one in the protection state, motor will be in a state of brake. In order to better ensure the safety of construction hoist, electrical part also added a limit switch, when cage of construction hoist bump top or in a fall, then the upper and lower limit touch block will trigger limit switch, electrical system will cut off the power supply, construction hoist stop operation to ensure security. When the above parts all are in failure, construction elevator still has the final safety barrier-preventing falling safety device. when elevator fall faster than the rated speed of falling protector,falling protector will brake to control the hanging basket dropping speed so as to ensure the safety of the elevator. Falling protector will issue control signal to control electrical system in the operation process. Our construction machinery is examination and approval production and pass the examined by national quality inspection department.We have double cages and single cage of different loading capacity, you can choose the right one.
