Product Introduction

Polymer anti-crack coating/mortar is a grey (white) solid powder. composed of ordinary Portland cements, polymer re-dispersible emulsion powder matched with related auxiliary, anti-crack material and the gradation quartz sand

2) Comsuption: 5-6 kg/m2 for hanging and inlaying coated alkali-resistant fiber glass mesh, 8-10 kg/m²for hanging and inlaying hot galvanizing steel wire fabric

3) Mix ratio with water: 1kg /0.22 liter

Application:

Polymer anti crack mortar mainly applies to thermal insulation system based on inorganic insulation mortar and thermal insulation system based on rubber powder polystyrene granules, matched with alkali resistance fiber glass mesh.Protect and strengthen the insulation system function. Widely used in bridges, highways, airport runways, dam, plaster, cementwork, concrete, mortar(polymer,anti-crack,plaster mortar), especially applicable for steel meshed EPS plaster mortar needing crack resistance in internal and external inter or outer thermal insulation system.
