We have an export license of our sea sand mine of over 30 million cubic meters in Vietnam for overseas’ reclaimation projects.

1) Currently looking for financially strong partners with 20 million USD cash injected for 51% or 39 million USD for 99% ownership of a joint venture. Payments: 30% down payments and paid in full within 60 days. Price negotiable.

Note: exploitation, transportation to buyer’s vessel, all handling fees and costs are 2.10 USD/m3 more or less. The total investment cost per unit is about 3.25 USD/m3.

2) May consider to sale at FOB Vietnam port at: (i) 5.35 usd/m3 for module 1.1 or less; (ii) 5.95 usd/m3 for module over 1.1 and less than 2.0; (iii) 6.35 usd/m3 for module over 2.0. Quantity: contract of 2 – 8 million m3 per year with 30% LC and 15% cash down payment. Renewable each subsequent year.
