Flexible Wall Putty

Onecomponent, preblended, cementitious outdoor wall plaster which, when mixed with water, is used

prior to the application of finish coating, durable fillers, fill cracks and splits on exterior surfaces.

Substrate requirement

The substrate should be sound, dry, flat, clean and durable

Substrate preparation

· Clean the substrate until free from dust, oil, or any other stains

· When high temperature season or dry substrate, substrate should be wet one day before

Application

· Put 8.5 liters clean water in a bucket. Gradually add one bag (25 kg) of powder into water

· Mix properly until homogeneous and lump-free

· Leave the product for 5~10 minutes. Then mix the second time for 1~2 minutes

· Apply the 1st coat of product onto the substrate. When the finish is dry, apply the 2nd coat. Each thickness is about 0. 5~0.6 mm

· Ensure a flat, smooth and pinhole free coating

· Normally, after 6 hours (depend on weather and substrate), polish the surface

· After that, apply the finish coating

Application environment

· Temperature: 5°C~35°C

· Avoid rain, high temperature and frost

· Avoid direct sunlight or strong wind

Safety

· May cause serious damage to eyes

· May be sensitive to skin in case of contact. lrritable for eyes, respiratory system and skin

· Keep out of the reach of children

· Avoid breathing the dust

· In case of contact with eyes,rinse eyes immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor

· Wear suitable protective clothing,gloves and eye/face protection
