Sliding Wheel Installation Steps:

1.At first measure the size of door hole,and then cutting the materials according to the actual sizes of the hanging wheels and tracks.Ensure reasonable space between upper and lower part.

2.Trepanning hole on the glass ,according to the specification and size of parts.

3.Take out the clamp from the hanging wheels,and fix it onto the suitable position.

4.Drill a 4.5 hole every 300mm on the guiding track,and make countersinking.test-install with ST4.2

screw sets.Don't let screw head protrude the track surface.

5.Choose appropriate tools for drilling according to the material of the top door hole.For wooden door,use electric drill and fix it wiht tapping screws,while for mixed structure,use percussion drill then fix it with rubber plugs and tapping screws.Drill holes on the top of the doorway according to the hole position on the guilding track.Fill in plastic plug whangles at the top of the door.

6.Place from both ends the hanging wheels and stopper into the track.Each door requires two hanging wheels and accessories.

7.Fix the hanging track at the top of the door hole.

8.Fix the guiding device in an appropriate position on the ground,keeping its guiding function when the door is pushed either left or right.The centerline of the guiding device must be in the same vertical plane with the one of the guiding track.

9.Raise the door leaf,and insert the bottom into the guiding device.Then insert the piece into bin.Fix the backlash screw.Screw the ajustig nut,keeping the bottom of the door 5-8mm from the ground.Check whether the door slides smoothly,otherwise adjust the nuts of the right and left hanging pulley.

10.Fix the stopper inside the guiding track,making the door leaf slide in suitable range.

11.After passing the test equipment,remove glass door leaf,after steeling,then re-install it.
