Introduction

It is made up by acrylate emulsion cement and inorganic materials, which is classified in typeⅠand type Ⅱ according its function.

Scope of application

1)If it is used in underground constructions, this can be ignored.

2)If it is used in underground waterproofing constructions, this item must be tested.

Key points for construction

Base requirements

The waterproof base must be cleaned to ensure strong, dry, and smooth.Where there is rugged construction, it should be smooth or rubdown,corners and interior angles are required to be prior round. Coat base additives all surfaces of the constructions.Wait until it is completely dry.

First coat

TypeⅠ liquid : powder: water =1:1.2:0.6(weight ratio)

TypeⅡ liquid : powder: water=1:1.5:0.8 (weight ratio)

Use motor stirrer and mix them up until smooth before construction.

Coating

TypeⅠ liquid : powder: water =1:1.2(weight ratio)

TypeⅡ liquid : powder: water=1:1.5 (weight ratio)

Add the power into liquid slowly and start the motor stirrer (350-450 rotations per min) to mix them up until smooth abour 3~5min.

Construction points

Use roll brush or scraper blade for several times. The coatings should not too thick or it will dry too long. The protective cover should proceed after the coating is dry(5-7days at room temperature)

Appearance

The liquid is milky white liquid glue, and the power has two colors,white and black.

Reference dosage

When the film is 1.0 mm, the dosage is about

TypeⅠ1.9g/m2

TypeⅡ1.85g/m2

(the dosage is the powder and the liquid’s gross)

Storage and Transport

The storage temperature should be below 5°C

Avoid raining, insolation, squeezing, colliding

Storage period: one year
