Introduction:

UV high glossy painting boardis a kind of new material made of MDF,then painted Ultraviolet curing paint which is environmental friendly,without volatilized solvent, without poision and smell, high glossy,smooth,nature color, durable,water resistant and scratch resistant,acid and alkali resistant.It is widely used as interior decoration material, such as cupboard door; cabinet door; wardrobe door,sliding door; bathroom cabinet, and other indoor decoration.

Material and technique:

We adopt the E1 grade high quality, environmental and moistureproof MDF as the base material of Color paint UV board, after laminated, through UV bottom paint;UV Color paint, painting and UV face paint and then finished by quickly ultraviolet curing .Each board surface is covered by transparent film to protect surface well.

Features:

UV door panel is glossy, hardness,environmental protection,corrosion resistant, scratch resistant, stain resistant,moisture resistant, age-resistant, acid and alkali proof. PVC , Aluminum Alloy edge is available.It is one of the most fashionable style door panel.
