5. MINIMUM LOT PER ORDER: One container or truckload

6. SAMPLE AVAILABILITY: Free bags with shipping charges to be paid by the Client

7. DELAY OF DELIVERY: In the following 15/20 working days after receipt / confirmation of payment instrument agreed with Client in the Contract of Sale and Purchase

8. TERMS OF DELIVERY: FOB - Valencia (Spain) or CFR - ASWP

- Warehouse: 0.11 EUR / Kg - 2.75 EUR / bag

- CAF West/Central Africa: 0.22 EUR / Kg - 5.50 EUR / bag

c. Certificate of origin
d. Packing List ("Packing List")
e. Inspection Certificate issued by some recognized Surveyor at loading port (Inspection fees not included in price quoted)

11. TERMS OF PAYMENT:

Bank transfer for the 50% once closed / confirmed order and 50% against presentation of export documents; or L/C confirmed, irrevocable, freely assignable and payable at sight for the value of each shipment done; or other payment method proposed by the Client to consider, discuss, and agree
