High Efficient——K value<2.0w/m2·K

Steel profile enjoys better heat insulation, whose conductive coefficient is 1/3 of the aluminum alloy, using double layer of fire resistant and heat insulated material. The glass features three pieces of glass panes with double air spaces in structure. Low-E insulated glass has good heat insulated performance.

Fire Resistant Performance——fire resistant time>1hr, automatic closing in case of fire

The melting point of aluminum alloy is about 650°C, while steel is about 1500°C. Steel has better performance on resist thermal expansion deformation and it is the ideal material for fire resistant window frame. The fire resistant time will be longer if matched with golden glass super tough fire resistant glass.

Anti-explode, anti-spraying

The glass features three pieces of glass panes with double air spaces in structure, the exterior glass should be heat strengthened or laminated glass, in order to prevent from self-exploding and spraying. Even though the middle layer of glass explodes, the structure can also prevent the glass spraying out.

Sound Insulation

Anti-corrosion

By applying the double side hot-dip galvanized steel strip through the high-precision rolled system and the galvanized profile painted, the anti-corrosion of the profile is enhanced.

Architectural Effect

The elasticity and strength of steel is 1 to 2 times higher than the aluminum, therefore, with small steel profile, it can not only enhance the glass transmittance, but also the fastness and the outlook, reaching to better aesthetic effect.
