The product’s Performance and Feature:

Our lightweight partition wall uses inorganic binder as the main raw materials, and is made by adding fiberglass mesh cloth, fire retardants and other high-performance materials, forming as a precision casting with superior performance.

We use natural plant fibers as our main material that make our products eco-friendly, energy saving, no pollution, no radiation and re-useable.

2.Lightweight:

Our product weight about 36kg per square meter, only one ninth weight of traditional brick wall. The reduction of the weight can significant save your cost in the building foundation and structure, and the lightweight can also lower the construction difficulty in soft ground. It can save 15%~30% construction cost.

3.High Strength:

We use fiberglass mesh cloth combined with a variety of high-performance compound modifier agent to enhance the strength. And the product forms as a precision casting in the mold at one time. It has the features as high strength, good tenacity, non-deformation, anti-earthquake, anti-aging and anti-crack.

4.Waterproof:

It has good performance at resistant the water and can be widely use in kitchen and bathrooms.

5.Non-flammable:
We add flame retardant in the product, it ranks A class non-flammable product. Our product can be widely use as fireproof wall. And it does not produce harmful gases in high temperature.

6.Soundproof:

The product’s hollow-structures forms a large number of closed air-holes, make the wall have good performance at sound-barrier and sound-absorbing. The test proved that the soundproof performance has excelled than the standards.

8.Easy Installation:

The product can be sawn, grinded, drilled (non-deformation while drilling), and have good bonded performance with coatings or cement mortar.
