Control system intellectually drives the motor to change into ECO economical
travel condition through detecting the actual load of the escalators. In this
way, it can save 30%of the energy. We fulfill ECO energy-saving functions
through load feedback principle: the sensor self-inspections the flow in the
running escalator. When the escalator has been tested of light load or no load,
the control system will intellectually drive the motor to change into ECO travel
condition in order to fulfill the economical travel. If there is something wrong
with the sensor, rated load travel condition will be kept in the light load or
no load escalator. It gives warning to the sensor trouble so as to truly fulfill
the energy-saving travel of the escalator.
It adopts the advanced control system and decelerator. The superior drive chain
and precise installation technology ensure the product running coziness.
It strictly executes the current Chinese and European standards such as
GB16899-1997 safety criterions for the production and installation of escalator
and moving wail etc. it has set all the necessary safety devices, adopted the
micro-computer control technology, fulfilled non-contact control with safe and
reliable running.
It adopts the metal beam with light weight and high intensity. In this way, it
ensures the integral rigidity of the products. The automatic lubricating system
can guarantee the prompt and automatic parts fueling which enhances the use life
to the products.
