Phuong Nam EPS Foam

Phuong Nam EPS Foam is made of Expandable Polystyrene EPS resin granular material. Primary EPS is expanded at 90oC from 20 to 50 times, then put it in pre-heated shape (100oC) with appropriate time for a product called Foam EPS or EPS Sponge

Technical standard:

Phuong Nam EPS Foam shaped of expanded particles, so the volume of M3 containing from 3,000,000 to 6,000,000 particles sintered honeycomb. And each granule cells after hatching contained 98% air.

Phuong Nam EPS Foam has the advantages of insulation and heat-resistance feature

Application: EPS Foam sheet is used for:

1. 1. Lining wall
2. 2. Process for the production of 3D panels in the form of building villas or high-rises replacing traditional materials, because it has the advantages of lightweight materials and good insulation. So they should save more cost of living power.
3. 3. Used in ships, vehicles equipped with insulation (frozen)
4. 4. Used to insulate the cold storage, freezing tunnels, ice-cellar, and insulated pipes.
5. 5. Packaging for electronic appliances, glassware, vegetables, seafood and shock-proof packaging.
