EMC Anechoic Absorber is a solid foam absorber, which has very good broadband absorbing properties in electromagnetic wave vertical incidence and oblique incidence. It is widely used in all kinds of anechoic chambers. It uses computer copying cutting machine for cutting pyramid of polyurethane foam., which will bring aesthetic form & structure, accurate size, no dust off and no discoloration. It can meet the specific requirements of different types of anechoic chamber & anechoic box. We also have the special absorbing materials for the corners, vents, lamp and etc. Flame- retardancy properties reach the B2 level of national standards, with oxygen index ≥ 28%, it can also meet the NRL8093 test standards. We adopt specialized manufacturing equipments and strictly production technical, to keep the products have consistency, stability and reliability in performance, which will ensure performance requirements of the anechoic chamber.

EMC Anechoic Absorber has good flame-resistant properties, and it can meet the requirements of test I voltage-resistant, test II difficulty of flame ignition and propagation, test III flame-resistant test of Navy laboratory report NRL8093 (1977). It has high oxygen index, and passes through the fire simulation tests,with durable flame-resistant effectiveness. It can withstand the power capacity 0.8KW/ m2, temporary 1.0KW/ m2.

The surface of absorber is light blue, and it also can be sprayed the color according to user requirements. Pyramid shape is neat, clean, flexibility. Operating temperature is -50 °C ~ 90 °C , with temporary -100 °C ~ 120 °C. EMC Anechoic Absorber is safety and environmental-friendly, and its raw materials can meet the requirements of environmental protection. The main chemical composition in this absorber is non-toxic, and it adopts advanced formulations of inorganic flame retardant, with non-volatile, non-toxic & odor properties. The flame-resistant performance won ’ t drop after long-term use. It can meet more than 10 years' service life, and the absorbing material won't bend, and shed within 10 years' service life.

The EMC Anechoic Absorber is a type of electric loss absorbers, and pyramid structure is applied to perfectly match radio waves. With vertical incidence its wave impedance gradually changes from 377 ohm to 0.8 ohm, avoiding reflection on the absorber's surface. For those radio waves entering the absorbing material, with its good electrical conductivity, the absorbing material rapidly transforms the electromagnetic energy to Ohm energy, thus to absorber the radio waves. Assume the reflectivity of absorber is R, when its thickness wavelength ratio t/ λ =0.2, R=-12dB; when t/ λ =1, R=-30dB; when t/ λ =8, R=-50dB.
