This is a high quality welding part used as an elevator platform.The outer dimensions of this product is about 1.2m(L)X1.2m(W)X1.2m(H) with the total weight of 100 kgs or so. The surfacement of this product is balck powder coating.

The manufacture processes involved are laser cutting, cutting,NCT punching,bending,drilling and welding.There are a lot of welding spots on the bottom of the platform and all the welding parts need a high quality.

1.Raw Material

A variety of materials are always ready to be purchased in our stock house: HR (st37), CR (st12), Galvanized Steel, Stainless Steel (304, 310, 316, 439), Aluminium, Angle, Tube, Flat bar, etc.

We can also make all kinds of elevator metal parts (including assembly parts) such as car door, car frame, door frame, ceiling, junction box, control box, panel, brackets, counterweight frame, buffer stand and so on according to the customers' design.
