The medium temperature smoke, draughts, air flow noise, traffic noise, energy saving (conceal Fixed) automatic drop door bottom seal with silicon rubber seal strip. The springs mechanize to lift the seal tip clear of the floor as soon as the door panel is open by a few mm away from the door frame. Install seal into 15mmW X 34mmD groove (groove cut by user) fixed in position by the two End Plates and screws supplied.

It is operated automatically by spring pressure against the door jamb on its adjusting knob. If used as a system in acoustic sealing, this self levelling seal has been shown to be an effective acoustic seal.
KS-M082 has been tested for durability 1,000,000.00 cycles completed without failure.
KS-M082 is design for single and double butt hinged door.
Install Location: Door Bottom./Full Sealed Stainless Steel End Plates with Screw
Sealing Gap: from 3mm t o 15mm.
Product Length: 400mm,600mm,820mm,910mm,1070mm,1200mm,1500mm;Note: each seals length can be (maximum) cut back 100mm
Outer Color: Carrier Standard Finish: Anodised Satin Clear./ Seal Strip Colour: Grey.
