5.8 million m2 land in Caracas , VENEZUELA - 1

Huge land plot in Venezuela covering three states, antiproject for building railroads, hotels of 150.000usd made in the 60s, waiting for country to stabilize so gov approves 20 billion usd project. we r 3 owners time is not on our side we are willing to sell for 25 million dollars...Only thing missing is that the opposition recognizes the lost in the last elections, wich is occurring this week of mid july 2013.

Talked to UN Financial consultant, says, FMI will approve the first 500 mln usd for the development fund for third world countries, the moment the opposition recognizes the new president Maduro as legitimate ( wich will happen, cause the leader of opposition knows is the only way to maintain the system afloat, plus his own family owns many land plots in the country and cannot sacrifice them)....

Just to give u a hint how things change quickly in Venezuela cause of political issues, i bought an apt for 7.000 usd in front of the beach 2 years ago, now its worth 350.000 usd....

However the 20 billion usd project had been already approved four years ago but the President Died, so Now new gov new proposal...

we are three owners all in our 60s time is not on our side, and for 25 mln usd we are all willing to sell the land....
