Cold /Hot water cycle test:

Put cartridge into -20±2°C and 95±2°C environment in turn. Every 12 hours as a period, do three times cold and hot water test continually; after that, put cartridge into 80±5°C water and mild water in turn in every 40 seconds, do 450 cycles continually. No leakage after cold/hot water cycle testing.

Life cycle testing:

According to the EN817,GB18145-2003 standard test more than 70,000 cycles (hot water temperature: 65±2o,cold water temperature: ≤30o,pressure: 0.3±0.05Mpa); According to the ASME A112.18.1-2005 standard test more than 500,000 cycles (hot water temperature: 66±6o,cold water temperature: 10±6o,pressure: 0.3±0.05Mpa). Technical data(according to ASME A112.18.1-2005) as the following table.
