Strata Plate

Strata Plate used with bolt and mesh or assemble with dome plate in mining ground applications

General Features are as follows:

1. The mesh plate and strata plate is a light-weight platewith a large surface area.

2. It is used as an intermediate plate to increase the surface coverage of a bolt.

3. The plate feature both longitudinal and transverse V-shaped deformations for added strength and greater ability to conform to irregularities in the rock surface.

4. The deformed design renders a greater strength, placing the perimeter of the plate in tension.

5. User friendly rounded corners.

6. Can be used with both flat and domed plates (up to 150mm)

7.The plate are can be placed directly to the rock surface or used with Welded Steel Mesh.

8. The plates are supplied with slots for supporting of light service lines.

9. Different shaped plates offered.

10. Corrosion protection may be provided by using pre-galvanized material.
