1.Stair tread is named staircase pedal or plate plate.It's made up of steel grating and antisip strip and then add side plate.It's a kind of highly processed products. Mainly used in steel ladder as step plate.So usually called it a stair tread.Generraly use hot dip,galvanized or electric galvanized processing.

2.Application:Mainly used for plate stairs,industrial platform,high tower platform,passageway foor,railway bridge byroad,parking lot,etc.

3.Specification:From the perspective of economic and security consideration,common staircase pedal specifications are as follows:

(1)T325/30/100:Apply to no greater than 900mm width is greater than 500mm.

(2)T225/30/100:Apply to no greater than 1500mm width is greater than 800mm.

(3)Stair tread width is usually between 0.5m to 1m.

Type W-- welded steel grating L-- pressure-locked C-- socket-welding
Bearing bar centers 15-30, 40, 60, 80, 90 mm etc. with 30, 40 mm recommended.
Cross bar centers any greater than 30mm is ok. with 50, 100mm recommended.
Surface treatment G-hot-dip galvanization(G is usually omitted)
P-painting
U- untreated
Bearing bar shape F- plain surface (F is usually can be omitted)
S-serrated surface
I-the section is of "I" type

Stair tread types:

1.cording to the installation situztion,stair tread is devided into welding fixed and bolting.The welding fixed stair tread is general steel grating.Bolting stair tread need to put on flat steel plate with 65mm*5mm as a side penal.

2.According to whether there is a non-slip article,stair tread can be devided into stair tread with front guard board(checkered plate or steel)and excellent guard. For security reasons,it is recommended that the customer USES the stair treat with front guard board.

Stair tread quality requirements:

1. Stair tread tolerance requirements:Length tolerance:-3mm-+3mm.

2.Welding requirements:Welded joint is not less than 3mm fillet welding between the front guard or edge and load-bearing flat steel.
