Polycarboxylic Superplasticizer for concrete - RJ-PC02

Properties and Advantages:

1.Appearance

Visual appearance:Pale brown viscous liquid

2.Cement property:

(1)When in the low dosage, it makes the concrete being of good dispersion and fluidity.

(2) When the dosage is more than 0.3% to 0.55%,the fluidity of the cement paste has a significant growth.

(3)The 1 hour fluidity loss of the cement paste reduces as the dosage increasing.

(4)The fluidity of ours is 1 times higher than others in the market.

3. Mortar property:

(1The result of mortar water reducing rate corresponds with the fluidity of cement.

(2The water reducing rate increase quickly as the dosage adds.In the same dosage, it is 35% higher than others in the market.

(3Influenced by admixture and properties of mortar, the water reducing rate of cement may be different from the one of mortar.

(4Being above -5°C,it can prevent from freezing, so it can be used as an antifreeze in concrete.

4.Concrete property:

3)The early stength can increase greatly,even if the temperature was below -5°C,so the project can be on schedule.

(2)Concrete other properties:

Mixing RJ-PC02 concrete has a low secrete ratio and shrinkage ratio compared with standard.

The initial setting time is 60 minutes longer and the final setting time is normal,the content of gas is controlled under 2-4%.

Dosage recommendation :

(The best dosage is about 0.4-0.7% ,in relation to weight of binder.)

The recommended dosage of RJ-PC02 in concrete is:0.3-0.7% of the amount of the cement.

RJ-PC02 is mainly composed of polycarboxylate aqueous solution,its concentration is about 40%, the normal dosage is 0.4~0.8%.When the dosage of RJPC02 is only

0.2%,it has 12% water reducing and 23% strength increasing,which is higher than others.When the dosage of RJPC02 is only 0.3%,its performance has exceeded the

general naphthalene and ethyl amine superplasticizer. But if the dosage is lower than 0.4%,its superior workability is not obvious. When the dosage is above 0.5%, the performance of working and pumping goes up to excellent level. Therefore,the best recommended dosage is about 0.4~0.7%;

Preparating the concrete of high·grade and high content fly ash and slag powder or other special required concrete, the dosage can be enlarged to more than 0.8%,but it is

usually better not exceed 1.4% .experiments show that when the dosage is above 1.4%, the concrete does not produce cohesion and aggregate slurry separation,the water

reducing rate rise yet,but the content of gas increases,the setting time is delayed and strength is reduced.

Methods of application:

1.According to the design requirements of concrete, after experiment adjusting the amount of water and sand,can reach the dosage which meets the requirement of slump,strength and bond condition.

2.It applies to high·performance concrete, high strength concrete, high fluidity concrete.When applied to above C50 concrete, raw materials should be selected on technical

specifications,decide the appropriate mixing process and get a number of experimental data.To make the fluidity of concrete meet the construction requirements, the strength

of concrete should have a certain margin coefficient.

3.The product can be mixed into concrete with mixing water, the result is better.

Safety cautions:

1.This product is alkaline liquid, non-toxic, non-corrosive,environment friendly. But not be edible,in case body surface and eyes contact with it, please use amount of top water

wash immediately, on the part of people caused by allergies, should be timely medically treated.

2.This product should be stored in covered containers to keep from rain,impurity,evaporation .

3.The storage period is 12 months.
