Dear Sir,
we have 80 hectares of land covered with 200 years old first class oak forest for sale. This private property is in Montenegro ( ex Yugoslavia) only 2 hours drive from biggest harbor Bar and 45 minutes from airport and train station. Also there is a road to the forest for easy transport and available saw mill near by. This is the oak forest, average tree is 50-60 cm in diameter and over 25 even 30 meters high. Forestry engineer estimated that there is from 25 to 30 m3 of clear wood without waste on 100 square meters what makes more then 250000m3 on 80 hectares.
