The future of agriculture and energy farming is wide open in the country of Haiti. Through the Hispanola Investment Center we offer land and services. The minimum investment I can offer you is $12,500 (on land sales contract) in US funds for a two acre plot in an agricultural community. The price for small acreages is very high while for larger plots the cost per acre is lower. We begin our support for your activities in Haiti by marketing you a two acre parcel. Once you purchase a two acre parcel or larger, we serve as your Haiti consultant for future real estate purchase. In addition, we are there to assist you in developing an agricultural project or biomass energy project. The um the land you purchase.

To come to Haiti, you need to go to the Haiti Embassy in your country and obtain a one month visitor’s visa. We can meet you and pick you up at the airport for a fee of US $150 which includes transport to a hotel. If you wish, we can rent a house or hotel room for you in advance. If you want this service, we will need your payment in advance. We will help you open a bank account and set up a business corporation. We will then serve as your consultant for project development. We will refer you to an immigration lawyer who will help you with visa extension and residency. Once you are here, you can extend the visa monthly.

In order for you to begin with us, you should purchase a two acre parcel. On this parcel we can arrange for you to build a low cost house when you come. To purchase this land on land sales contract we require 1/3 of the price down(US f unds $4200), and the rest will be sold on land sales contract. Our monthly payments will be $400 per month. If you pay in advance the two acre parcel will be $10,000.

To begin this relationship, you must purchase a two acre parcel by sending us 1/3 down or complete land price. If you pay 1/3 down we will return a land sales contract. You may send the funds by PayPal, Western Union or bank transfer.
