HM Structural Carbon Fiber Cloth for Seismic Resistance - HM

Carbon Fiber Cloth, the substitute of reinforcement materials for concrete structures, is widely used in the seismic reinforcement fortifications.

Substratescan be concretes, masonry structures, steel structures, wood structures, and many other structures.

Carbon fiber adhesivesare used to bond carbon fiber cloth and substrates. Carbon fiber adhesives include carbon fiber primer HM-180, carbon fiber flattening adhesive HM-180CE, carbon fiber impregnation adhesive HM-180C3P.

2. Application Range

Notes: 1) Carbon fiber cloth of Class 1 was woven by Japan TORAY or TOHO carbon fiber filament.

2) Carbon fiber cloth of Class 2 was woven by Taiwan TAIRYFIL or Turkey carbon fiber filament.

4. Roll Measure

Notes: 1) Other length or width is optional.

2) When thickness is 0.167 mm, weight is 300 g / m²;

When thickness is 0.111 mm, weight is 200 g / m².

5. Package

1) This product was packaged by carton.

2) When the width is 100 mm, 6 rolls per carton; width 200 mm, 3 rolls per carton; width 250 mm, 2 rolls per carton; width 300 mm, 2 rolls per carton; width 500 mm, 1 roll per carton.

3) Other length or width can be customized according to the customer's request.

6. Attentions

1) Masks, gloves and goggles should be worn when construction.
