Gap and surface treatment for MgO board:

1. The two boards joint gap should not put in the same steel channel.It needs two board for both wall sides,the joint board gap should not be at the same steel channel,they should miss the joint board gap for both wall sides.

2. It should be left 3mm space for two boards joint

A)Clean the gas;

B)put the joint materials in the gap,press and make it solid and strong,and it is better to use SOFT joint

materials;

C)Put the mesh tape on two bards connection place;

D)Put a layer of wall putter on mesh tape;

E)Put the joint paper tape on a layer of wall putty;

F)Make it as plane.
