Weep hole , drainage pipe with flap valve , can regulate the water between inside and outside of concrete channel.

You don't need to warry about structural damage of channel by buoyancy force.

If the ground water level around concrete channel is higher than the water level inside channel , the channel is at risk of structural damage by buoyancy force.

It is necessary to discuss about installing drainage hole to escape accumulated water , and also consider something which prevent water back flow into ground.

Why don't you introduce WEEP HOLE !

WEEP HOLE , drainage pipe with flap valve , consists of PVC pipe and socket with rubber valve. The ground water drain through the weep hole and out to the channel. When the water level in the channel is higher than the level of drainage hole , rubber flap valve of weep hole doesn't allow the water inside channel to go back through the darainage pipe.

Advantage

♦Ground water from back side of concrete wall goes out to the channel through pipe.

♦ Rubber flap valve does not allow the water to flow back into drainage pipe.
