Product Description: Non-permiable bonding agent for cementitious mortar with styrene acrylic base. When the product dries, it gives a transparent layer with high bonding strength.

Uses: extremely effective when used as an admixture with cementitious products such as: patching compounds, masonry coatings, cement plasters and masonry mortars. Also can be used to improve the workability , bonding and improves the curing conditions to all cementitious products.

Application Method:

1. Prepare the surfaces by removing any loose material such as dust, oil,grease,or any other impurities and then wet the surfaces by spraying water.

2. Extenuate the Smart Bond S.D.V by the clean water with the rate 1:6, then you can use the product as mortar admixture or a paint for filling pores and increase bonding.

3. When you use it as an admixture, Accurate your quantity and empty it from the container and add the water then add the powder mortar gradually and mix it for 3 minutes.

4. Preferably, the mechanical mixing to increase the admixture homogeneity and wait 2 minutes after the mixing to use it. "this waiting to enable the trapped air to exit"

5. When you use it as a paint for the cementitious surfaces, Use the brush or roller to apply it and the best coverage rates achieve by spraying which the coverage can be 15 mm²\liter.

Shelf time:12 months in its original containers in a reasonable storage place for
the cementitious products.
